I came across these on a recent trip to Ethiopia. It seems that, on the streets of Addis Ababa, the hip hop movement has branched out into confectionery. A six-pack of Hip Hop chocolate cream biscuits cost 2 birr (roughly 10p); a small price to pay for edible street cred, particularly when you consider that the manufacturers – Nas Biscuits – also share their name with a iconic NY rapper.
