After touchdown, why not take advantage of our international Arrivals Lounge at Heathrow? You can freshen up, get a little work done or catch up on current affairs, before leaving the airport or continuing on to the next leg of your journey.
If you’ve a pressing deadline, feel free to use our PCs, printers, faxes and Wi-fiinternet access. You can revive yourself with a shower in one of the washrooms and even enjoy a light snack or selection of freshly cooked breakfast items. There is a wide range of complimentary food and drink, including fruit juices, smoothies, tea and coffee, as well as fresh fruit, croissants, hot sandwiches, cookies and muffins.
Open from 5am to 2pm, seven days a week, the Arrivals Lounge is available to all Diamond Club Gold and Business Class customers flying on a bmi longhaul flight arriving at Heathrow before midday. Listen out for an onboard announcement or look out for invitations, distributed by our cabin crew.
