Best of British

London is on the rise as a chocolate capital, with fine
chocolate makers Paul A Young, Sir Hans Sloane and
Montezuma’s all based here. Just as highly regarded is
Rococo, with three branches in the city, the newest of
which is on Westminster’s Motcomb Street. Not only
does it offer perfect, dainty chocolates, it also creates
some imaginative sugar-free options.

Spice of life

Belgian chocolate is
legendary. For a 21stcentury
twist on the
classics, try Brussels’
emporium Frederic
Blondeel. Exotic flavours
such as Szechuan
pepper, green cardamom
and dill give their
chocolates a delish kick.
