Chicago cuisine
There is now a part of Chicago that’s a little like France – or that tastes of
it anyway. Jacky Pluton’s new Haussmann Brasserie (named after Baron
Haussmann, who rebuilt Paris under Napoleon III) serves up great rustic
French dishes, including good old-fashioned steak or baked fi sh in clay.
