ONLINE FAST BAG DROPS
We’re constantly striving to make our customers’ journey through the airport even faster. Due to the success of the online fast bag drop launched at London Heathrow earlier this year, we have now introduced similar facilities at Aberdeen, Belfast, Dublin and Glasgow.
The online fast bag drops have been developed exclusively for customers who check-in online for their flight, enabling you to drop your bags quickly and save even more time at the airport.
Additional online fast bag drops will be available at other regional airports soon.
EMAIL BOARDING PASS
Customers who check-in online can now take advantage of a great new enhancement to our online check-in process. After checking-in for your flight you can now email your boarding pass to an email address of your choice, especially useful if you don’t have immediate access to a printer.
Offering greater flexibility for the printing of your online check-in boarding card, this new feature helps avoid the need to visit a check-in desk on arrival at the airport.

More miles for diamond club members!
You can now earn destinations miles on hotel stays booked at flybmi.com and spend miles on hotels, too, when you sign into your diamond club account online
diamond club members reserving a hotel stay at flybmi.com will now be awarded with destinations miles linked to the star rating of the hotel and the number of nights booked. Members can also use their destinations miles to pay for hotel stays using either miles or a combination of miles and cash when booking at flybmi.com, offering even greater flexibility.
Whether you’re travelling for business or leisure, your miles will be credited once you have stayed at the hotel of your choice. Hotels are available from budget accommodation to five star in all bmi destinations and beyond, so you should have no trouble finding one that’s perfect for you.
