THIS MONTH IS AN EXCITING TIME FOR bmi AND OUR CUSTOMERS AS WE LAUNCH A NEW INITIATIVE THAT WILL REDEFINE OUR FUTURE
AT THE HEART of this is the understanding that time is a valuable commodity for all of our customers and that the time they spend with us should be a pleasurable and quality experience. In order to deliver this experience we have listened to our customers and have been working
hard to improve our performance and investing in new products and services.
As a result, customers can now enjoy quality time with bmi in the following ways:
ENJOYING COMPLIMENTARY FOOD AND DRINK
From 2 April, all blue plus, silver and gold diamond club members will get complimentary food and drink onboard when they show their membership card. Joining diamond club is simple and blue plus, our new level of membership, is automatically awarded once 3,000 status miles (two shorthaul full economy return flights) have been earned in a 12-month period.
ARRIVING ON TIME
bmi has consistently beaten other UK airlines to be London Heathrow’s most punctual British airline. bmi understands that reliability is key to a pleasurable journey.
NOT WASTING TIME AT THE AIRPORT
Save time at the airport by checking in online at home or the office. Print your own boarding card and use the fast bag drop to avoid the queues.
GETTING A GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEP
Lie-flat beds are coming soon to all bmi longhaul business cabins so you can enjoy a restful flight with bmi and arrive refreshed and ready for your trip.
HAVING YOUR LOYALTY REWARDED
diamond club members earn miles on all bmi fares and frequent flyers can make the most of their membership with generous rewards such as spending miles on a long weekend away or purchasing gifts from our selection. Members can also earn and spend miles with all Star Alliance member airlines.

RELAXING IN COMFORT
