SPEND LESS TIME AT THE AIRPORT THANKS TO AN EVEN FASTER CHECK-IN
THROUGHOUT 2007 CHECKING-IN with bmi will be even faster with further developments taking place to help customers spend less time at the airport. We have already begun to make online check-in simpler to use and it’s now even easier. Customers using this service will also begin to see the roll-out of dedicated bag drops at key airports, allowing them to spend more time relaxing or working before their flight.
Customers can now check-in online and print their boarding cards from home, the office or at web points situated at London Heathrow, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Manchester when travelling on most shorthaul routes out of London Heathrow and most bmi regional routes out of Manchester, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
We are also continuing to develop self check-in and with 26 new machines being installed at London Heathrow and a refurbishment of the area, customers will continue to move through the airport as quickly as possible.
Additional self check-in machines will be installed at Aberdeen, Belfast, Edinburgh, Dublin, Durham Tees Valley, Glasgow and Manchester, allowing customers travelling from these airports greater speed through to departures.
