Reward yourself each time you fly: join diamond club
WHETHER YOU’RE TRAVELLING FOR BUSINESS OR PLEASURE, YOU CAN ENJOY THE PRIVILEGES OF OUR FREQUENT FLYERS’ CLUB. HERE’S WHY DIAMONDS REALLY ARE A TRAVELLER’S BEST FRIEND…
We have recently introduced a range of fare types on shorthaul services to and from London Heathrow.
Each fare type offers a different range of benefits and flexibility to meet your travel needs.
One such fare is premium economy which is ideal for passengers who are travelling on business. This fare if fully flexible meaning that at no extra cost you can make changes any time you like to your departure or return flight. You will also be eligible for a refund on your ticket should you need to cancel it.
With a range of check-in options available with this ticket, including the priority check in desk, you can expect your journey through the airport to be a speedy one. This means that you have more time before your flight to take advantage of the bmi business lounges*.
If you are a diamond club member travelling on a premium economy ticket you will be eligible to earn double destinations miles. During your flight you can choose from a range of food and drink available to purchase from our on board menu, whilst you sit back, relax, and read your complimentary newspaper.

1 HOW IT WORKS
Watch the benefits build up
diamond club is bmi’s frequent flyer programme. Whenever you travel on qualifying fares with bmi or another Star Alliance airline, you’ll earn two kinds of miles: membership status and destinations miles. Membership status miles are simply used to determine your level of membership – you start at blue, and move on to silver and then gold. Whereas destinations miles are the ones you can spend on rewards for yourself.
Earn free flights faster
You can also clock up miles by staying at bmi partner hotels, renting a car with Hertz and using a bmi MBNA credit card. You can earn free flights more quickly than with other airlines and improve your membership status faster, too.
More uses for your miles
The miles you earn can be spent on flights with bmi and the other 17 Star Alliance airlines, as well as gifts, hotels and car hire.
Member privileges
As you rack up the miles, your benefits increase as well. For example: blue members get preferential rates on airport parking; at silver level, you’ll enjoy access to bmi diamond club lounges*; and gold members enjoy all the privileges of Star Alliance gold membership, along with access to partner lounges worldwide.
