Nike/Apple Sports Kit
Take one iPod nano and one pair of Nike+ running shoes. Insert a widget into your shoe and plug a receiver into your nano. Pick a track, decide how far you want to run and off you go. Your nano can then tell you how far you’ve got to run. Back home, upload your workout to chart your progress and much more. £19 for the wireless sports kit, £65+ for Nike+ trainers; www. apple.com/ipod/nike

Pure Digital Bug Too
The Bug digital radio’s unusual look is all design guru Wayne Hemingway’s doing, and this new model includes all the very latest features. The Electronic Programme Guide (EPG) lets you view weekly listings on screen – just like a digital TV guide or your Sky+ service. Record your favourite shows straight to an SD card, play MP3s, pause the on-screen scrolling text and pause and rewind live radio.
