TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR NEW SERVICE FROM LONDON HEATHROW TO MOSCOW DOMODEDOVO
FROM 29 OCTOBER, it will be possible to touch down in one of the most historic and culturally signifi cant cities in the world with bmi.
The capital of Russia is now within easy reach of London Heathrow thanks to our new daily return service to Moscow Domodedovo, operated in conjunction with Russian Federation carrier Transaero.
A new move for us, the route will be our first medium-haul service operated by an Airbus A320 and offers a far superior in-flight product than competitors on the same route.
We will offer a choice of two cabins on the service – economy and business. In addition to the personal touches for which we are renowned, we will also introduce a new-style business seat with a 41-inch pitch and a personal in-fl ight entertainment player, making it one of the most competitive business cabins on the market.
Home to a host of beautiful and famous sights, including the Kremlin, Red Square, St Basil’s Cathedral and the Bolshoi Theatre, Moscow is the seat of Russian power and widely regarded as one of the country’s most magnifi cent cities.
With its history, architectural masterpieces and innumerable treasures, Moscow attracts visitors from all over the world. Sightseers can immerse themselves in Russian history and culture, modern shopping and upmarket boutique hotels, while enjoying gourmet food in restaurants that rival some of the fi nest Europe has to offer.
The city is a fascinating combination of old and new. Ancient monasteries sit alongside ultra-modern monoliths; old churches, vandalised or left to ruin during the Soviet era, are being lovingly restored.
A must for any visitor to Moscow is lunch at the award-winning Café Pushkin, a tour of a museum or two and a night at the world-famous ballet. Moscow’s elegant splendour and 15th-century charm contrast with its many modern elements, making it an increasingly popular 21st-century destination for business and leisure travellers alike.
